The goal of this class is to cover the absolute essentials such as composition, getting line under control, how to start a drawing and perspective. Drawing in Color with Pastels

Cover the absolute essentials such as basic color theory, composition, pastel technique and how to see your painting in your subject in this class. The goal is learning how to use chalk pastels to blend all the spontaneity of drawing with bright and beautiful color. Perfect your ability to render the human figure and your overall drawing skills with this short class. Your techniques progress through practice with a variety of different nude models and length of poses. This is your ideal follow-up to the beginning Life Drawing or if you possess basic drawing skills.
