supply list for beginning painting
a primary set of ACRYLIC paints (red, blue , yellow); secondaries if you want (green, orange, purple)

GOLDEN, WINDSOR-NEWTON, ACADEMY (not BASICS)

LARGE tube of titanium white

18 by 24 inch canvas BOARDS (unless you want to buy pre-stretched, not recommended). DON'T get canvas boards smaller than specified.

BRUSHES:

a variety of brushes, small and large, rounds and flats, you won't need more than six. Sometimes Michael's has sets of brushes for cheap cheap cheap.

palette knife

small water containers (2 or 3). Old jars are fine.

palette- something cheap we will discuss other possibilities in class. Aluminum pie tins are good.

EBONY pencils

paper towels (It's good to have a whole roll).
